 Founded by Imar Nons, a former film student driven by a passion for storytelling, Better for Teens is dedicated to making sure teens everywhere have access to honest, engaging, and thought-provoking content. Imar recognized the power of film to inform and inspire, and he wanted to use that power to make a difference.

Our mission is to explore the issues that matter to teens today — from how gym culture shapes their self-image to the countless other challenges they face. Each month, we create unique documentary-style videos that dive deep into these topics. We combine compelling visuals, real-world experiences, and expert insights to bring truthful, clear, and balanced information to light.

We’re not here to push an agenda — we’re here to spark curiosity and empower young people with the facts they need to make their own decisions.
